The Brink building in the heart of Liverpool combines our life-saving and life-changing services such as The Brink of Change and MPACT (Moving Parents and Children Together) with the newly reopened Brink Cafe. Here, you can nourish your body and spirit. The Brink is somewhere you can be restored to dignity and become the person you thought you could never be.

Everyone is welcome at the cafe for a cup of tea or coffee, a piece of cake or a home-cooked meal, to find out more about the services we offer, or to attend one of our transformational programmes. The Brink is a place you’ll experience people living meaningful and fruitful lives free of alcohol or drugs – and you may decide it’s something you want for yourself.

To feel part of something again was beautiful when I’d felt so alone and isolated. If we can give someone that feeling even for just 5 minutes while they have a cup of tea, we may have planted some seeds of hope – and some seeds grow quicker than others – but we’ll still be here for them whenever they’re ready.
